We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is straightforward and free of charge.
Eligibility Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original, sellable condition.
- Returned in the original shoebox and packaging, without any tape or shipping labels directly applied to the box.
- Free from scuffs, sole wear, or signs of use that go beyond a brief indoor try-on.
Items showing clear signs of wear, missing the original packaging, or returned beyond the 30-day window will be declined and made available for return shipment at the customer’s expense.
Fees
There are no restocking fees and we provide a free return shipping label for all eligible domestic and Canadian returns. This means you will not be charged for the return postage.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at info@drmmarteyuff.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
Please make sure to retain your return tracking number until your refund is fully processed. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit while being returned to us.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product entirely, please contact us immediately at info@drmmarteyuff.it.com. We will prioritize your case, provide a prepaid return label, and arrange a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
