Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states, including APO/FPO) and Canada. At this time, we are unable to process orders to P.O. boxes in Canada or international destinations outside of these two countries.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your order safely. The shipping method is selected at our discretion based on your location and current service performance.
- Standard Delivery Window: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- While we consistently meet these estimates, unforeseen delays with the carrier or extreme weather may occasionally extend the timeframe.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
For orders delivered to Canada, the recipient is considered the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by Canadian authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
